ABOUT SHAREN MEYERS

Sharen lives in Oregon with her husband of 33 years. For the past 19 years, she has worked as a medical social worker and bereavement specialist in hospice care for both humans and animals, with 6 years as a therapist, and 4 years as an animal assisted therapist. She also enjoys public speaking and writing. Sharen’s focus on multi-dimensional growth (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) and her experience within the Skinny60® program has re-ignited her enjoyment of food and nutrition, and elevated her daily practice of delicious living and exploration.

ABOUT DEBBIE RUBIO

Debbie feels 63 years young — married to her best friend Tony, enjoying time with their blended family of 7 children with 11 grandchildren! Debbie enjoys cooking good food and spending time outdoors in the beautiful weather with friends who become family. Debbie keeps very busy, but you may find her on the couch enjoying a Hallmark movie with her two beloved pooches, Daisy and Bella. Looking forward to retirement, Debbie is excited to keep up with her children and grandchildren. She wants to be a fun Nana making lots of great memories!

ABOUT JAN HOOVER

Jan is an RN, Transplant Finance Coordinator for kidney transplants, and is passionate about health and fitness. In her 60’s, Jan has found vibrant health and a love for healthy cooking. She is committed to her regular yoga, pilates, and rebounding practices and other wellness strategies in order to age with vitality. Jan enjoys a variety of hobbies such as drawing, painting, and photography, and loves learning new things in any form! Jan is looking forward to retirement in the Midwest with her husband and loving dog, Zeus, and feels like she’s just starting to bloom, as life keeps getting better and better!
